The major tasks involve:
1) Posting and explaining the school notices and documents;
2) Completing the students’ files;
3) Transacting the students’ insurances and Insurance Claims;
4) Evaluating scholarship and awards;
5) Conducting punishments to the rules-breaking students;
6) Selecting excellent students;
7) Daily routines including welcoming new students, information transmission, examination and approval of dropping out and suspension of schooling.
