Grand Opening Ceremony of class 2014 themed with “New start,New Hope” was held by the Foreign Language School at 13：30p.m. on September 28 in Room B101 of library.All the political party leader of the Foreign Language School, the dean of English Department and the dean of  Germany Department,as well as the fresh classes attended the ceremony.

After the video which started the ball rolling showed joys and sorrows of military training of freshmen during the half month,new  and old student representatives respectively expressed the expect for the new life and the blessing for coming school life of freshmen.Quickly followed it ,a list of outstanding students was claimed and honored by Party Secretary  of the Foreign Language School ,Zhang shumei.

Then deans of  English Department  and Germany Department  respectively conducted professional navigation,to make students have a further understanding of their specialty.Finally,Chen Jiaxu,Dean of the Foreign Language School delivered the speech.He guided freshmen in the fields of study ,life and emotion;shared his own experience in the direction of the whole life;elaborated the importance of the period in college in the journey of life and inspired students to work hard and make achievements.

Grand Opening Ceremony is the symbol of the beginning of freshmen’s school life.Wish all the freshmen can nickel and dime the way through four years with eager encouragement in the heart and hope pined by teachers and parents,to be a good student with morality,diligence and consideration.Raising the ideal windsurfing sail when we in appropriate time.We have  reason to believe that the Foreign Language  School will has a better development in the future.
