1. Huang Youyi 黄友义

Huang Youyi is Executive Vice President of the Translators Association of China and Vice President of the China Academy of Translation. He chairs the English Expert Committee for the National Translation Qualification Examination and the Senior Translation Title Review Committee. He previously served as a member of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, Vice President of the International Federation of Translators, and Deputy Director and Editor-in-Chief of China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration. Huang Youyi has long been engaged in international translation and publishing, serving as the Chinese Chief Coordinator for the Chinese Culture and Civilization project. He has presided over the China-US Internet Forum and the China-UK Internet Roundtable. On numerous occasions, he has provided interpretation services for Chinese Party and state leaders and contributed to the translation of key political works, including Xi Jinping: The Governance of China and Jiang Zemin: On the Three Represents. He is the chief editor of Commonly Used Terms in Chinese-English Diplomatic Work and The Latest Vocabulary in Chinese-English Translation, and has authored numerous translated works. Additionally, he has reviewed and finalized millions of words of Chinese-to-English manuscripts. His notable translations from English to Chinese include The Bonfire of the Vanities, Marshall: A Biography and The Uncrowned King.

2. Zhong Weihe仲伟合

Zhong Weihe, PhD, is a distinguished professor and PhD supervisor, recognized as a leading figure in China’s translation and foreign language education sectors. He is one of the pioneers in establishing undergraduate and professional degree programs in translation in China. He holds honorary Doctor of Letters degrees from Coventry University, the University of Westminster, and the University of Central Lancashire in the UK. He is a leading talent in philosophy and social sciences under China’s National “Ten Thousand Talents Program,” a National Outstanding Teacher, and a recipient of the State Council Special Allowance. Currently, he serves as a Board Member and President of Macao Millennium College, President of Nanbo Education, Honorary President of Xi’an Fanyi University, and Distinguished Chair Professor at City University of Macau.  He is also an expert member of China National Committee for Graduate Education of Translation and Interpreting. Previously, he was President and Deputy Party Secretary of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and held roles such as Executive Vice President of the Translators Association of China and member of the English Experts Committee for China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters (CATTI). He has long been a driving force in advancing translation education in China.

3. Hu Kaibao胡开宝

      Hu Kaibao is a professor and PhD supervisor at Shanghai International Studies University (SISU). He is a Distinguished Professor under the National Major Talent Program of the Ministry of Education and the Lead Expert for Major Projects of the National Social Science Fund. Currently, he serves as Assistant President of SISU and Director of the Institute of Linguistic Sciences. He is also a Standing Council Member of the Translators Association of China and a Standing Council Member and Chair of the Foreign Language Discipline Development Research Committee of the China Association for Comparative Studies of English and Chinese. Additionally, he holds the positions of Chairman of Shanghai Translation Society for Science and Technology and Vice President of the Shanghai Linguistics Society. He serves as editor of several academic series published by Routledge and Springer, and is an editorial board member of multiple academic journals. His accolades include the Shanghai Yucai Award, the Shanghai Higher Education Outstanding Achievement Award, the Ministry of Education Outstanding Research Achievement Award, and the Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Award. He has also been recognized as one of the Top Ten Annual Outstanding Experts in Shanghai’s Foreign Language Community.

        Yang Junfeng is a former Vice President of Dalian University of Foreign Languages, level-2 professor and an MA supervisor. He studied at Carleton University in Canada and was invited to lecture at Arizona State University. He also contributed to developing the global IELTS examination system. Previously, he was a member of the Collaborative Group for Translation Education under the Ministry of Education and served on the Teaching Guidance Committee for English Majors, as well as the Academic Committee of the China National Committee for Graduate Education of Translation and Interpreting. Currently, he is an Expert Member of the Translators Association of China, a registered Senior Interpreter for the United Nations, and an evaluation expertfor projects sponsored by the National Social Science Fund. He is also a recipient of the Special Allowance from the State Council. Yang has worked as an English news anchor for Dalian Television and a featured presenter for China National Radio, and he has provided interpretation services for numerous international conferences. He has authored over 70 state-commissioned textbooks, translated 36 publications, and published 8 monographs, with a cumulative output exceeding 10 million words. His scholarly contributions include over 30 articles in influential CSSCI-indexed journals. His accolades include the National Teaching Achievement Award (Second Prize) and the Liaoning Provincial Literary Translation Award (twice).

2. Dong Guangcai董广才

        Dong Guangcai is a professor and MA supervisor in English Language and Literature, Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, Education (English), and MTI programs. He was a visiting scholar at Indiana State University, Miami University, and Missouri State University. He previously served as Dean of School of Foreign Languages, School of International Education, and School of International Business at Liaoning Normal University, as well as Director of International Affairs at Jilin International Studies University. He was also President of the Liaoning Translators Association. Currently, he is the Secretary-General of the Liaoning Translators Association, an executive council member of the Translators Association of China, Deputy Director of the Expert Guidance Committee for the National Legal English Certificate Examination, an advisor for the Chinese Association for Legal English Teaching and Testing, and a council member of China Association for the Philosophy of Language.

3. Zhang Ailing 张爱玲

   Professor Zhang Ailing is a PhD Supervisor and Dean of the Graduate Institute of Interpretation and Translation at Shanghai International Studies University (SISU). She serves as the Secretary-General of the 4th China National Committee for Graduate Education of Translation and Interpreting, and as a member and Secretary-General of Shanghai Municipal Committee for Graduate Education of Translation and Interpreting. Professor Zhang is also a deputy to the 16th and 17th People’s Congress of Hongkou District, Shanghai, Chairperson of the SISU Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party, Vice Chairperson of the Interpreting Committee of the Translators Association of China, and a member of the National Expert Committee on Translation Talent Evaluation and Higher Education Teaching Enhancement. She has been awarded the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award, the First Prize of the Shanghai Municipal Teaching Achievement Award, and the Shanghai “Yucai Award,” among others.She has led and successfully completed numerous major teaching and research projects at the national, provincial, and university levels.

4. Han Ziman韩子满

       Han Ziman is a professor and PhD supervisor at the Institute of Linguistic Sciences, Shanghai International Studies University. He is an executive council member of the Chinese Association for Comparative Studies of English and Chinese, a council member of the Translators Association of China, and Secretary-General of Shanghai Translation Society for Science and Technology. He has chaired a key project of the National Social Science Fund and completed three provincial and ministerial-level projects. He has published over 90 academic papers, seven monographs, and nine translated works, with a total translation output exceeding three million words. His recent research focuses on corpus-based translation studies, translation and war, and the translation of Chinese literature into foreign languages.

1. Daniel Gallego-Hernández丹尼尔·加列戈-埃尔南德斯

      Daniel Gallego-Hernández is a Professor in the Faculty of Arts of the University of Alicante, Spain. His research interests include bibliometrics applied to business translation and translation teaching. His publications include various papers and books. Additionally, he has initiated the series of international congresses ICEBFIT (International Conference of Economic, Business, Financial, and Institutional Translation), and edited various books and special issues on business and specialized translation.

西班牙阿利坎特大学文学院教授，研究方向为文献计量学在商务翻译与翻译教学中的应用，已出版多部学术论著。此外，他发起并主办“国际经贸金融及机构翻译会议”（ICEBFIT），主编多部商务与专门翻译领域著作及专刊。

2. Geng Qiang 耿强

      Geng Qiang is a professor, PhD supervisor, postdoctoral co-supervisor, and full-time researcher at the Institute of Linguistic Sciences at Shanghai International Studies University. He is the Lead Expert for Major Projects funded by the Ministry of Education. He serves as the Secretary-General of the Translation Research Committee under Shanghai Foreign Literature Association, a council member of China Association for Comparative Studies of English and Chinese, a council member of the Association for Cultural Studies of Translation under China Association for Comparative Studies of Language and Culture, and an executive council member of the Professional Committee of Knowledge Translation Studies under the same association. His research areas include Digital Humanities, Chinese Translation Discourse, Sino-Western Translation History, Medio-Translatology, and International Translation of Chinese Literature. To date, he has published over 60 academic papers, led 8 national and provincial-level research projects, and authored or translated 5 monographs. Currently, he leads a student research team working on projects such as Big Data Translation History, Translation Discourse Studies, and Social Media Discourse Studies.

3. Lan Hongjun蓝红军

      Lan Hongjun is a Yunshan Distinguished Scholar at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, PhD supervisor and postdoctoral co-supervisor in Translation Studies. He currently serves as Dean of School of Interpreting and Translation Studies and a researcher at the Translation Studies Center of Guangdong Province, an executive council member of the Translators Association of China, Vice Chairman of the Translation Theory and Teaching Committee, and Vice President of the Translators Association of Guangdong Province. He participated in the compilation of subject entries for the third edition of the Encyclopedia of China. His research focuses on theoretical criticism of translation studies and the history of translation thought. He has published several monographs and over 100 academic papers.

广东外语外贸大学“云山杰出学者”，翻译学博士生导师/博士后合作导师，现任高级翻译学院院长，广东省翻译学研究中心研究员。兼任中国翻译协会理事、翻译理论与翻译教学委员会副主任委员、广东省翻译协会副会长等职。参与《中国大百科全书》第三版翻译学科词条编纂工作。研究方向为译学理论批评和翻译思想史，出版多部著作，发表论文百余篇。

4. Li Defeng李德凤

       Li Defeng is a Professor of Translation Studies, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, and Director of the Centre for Translation, Interpreting, and Cognition at the University of Macau. He is President of the International Association for Translation, Interpreting, and Cognition (IATIC) and the World Association for Translation Education, as well as an advisor to the Publications Committee of European Society for Translation Studies. Previously, he was Director of the Centre for Translation Studies at the University of London and held teaching positions at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Shandong University. He is also a member of the Academic Committee of the China National Committee for Graduate Education of Translation and Interpreting and Vice President of the Chinese Association for Translation Cognition Studies. He serves as the editor of New Frontiers in Translation Studies (Springer) and specializes in translation cognition and corpus-based translation studies.

5. Qu Wensheng屈文生

     Qu Wensheng is a PhD supervisor and “Qiushi” Distinguished Professor at Zhejiang University. He specializes in research and teaching in legal translation, translation history, legal history, and the history of Sino-foreign relations. He has led and completed eight major research projects, including the Major Project of the National Social Science Fund, projects sponsored by the National Social Science Fund, and the project of Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation by the Ministry of Education. He has published over 100 papers in prestigious domestic and international journals such as Social Sciences in China, Historical Research, Chinese Journal of Law, Foreign Language Teaching and Research, and Guangming Daily (Theory Edition). His research monograph was included in the National Achievements Library of Philosophy and Social Sciences in 2019. He has received numerous academic honors, including the First Prize (as a participant), Second Prize, and Third Prize of Humanities and Social Sciences Achievement Awards for Higher Education Institutions by the Ministry of Education, as well as two First Prizes of Shanghai Municipal Philosophy and Social Sciences Outstanding Achievement Awards (in Linguistics in 2014 and in Law in 2023). He was selected for the inaugural Young Scholars Program under the Chang Jiang Scholars Program, the Leading Talent Project of the Oriental Talents Program (Shanghai Leading Talent), and Shanghai Shuguang Program. Additionally, he was nominated for the 10th National Outstanding Young Jurist Award and was recognized as one of the “Inaugural Top Ten Distinguished Figures in Shanghai’s Foreign Language Community.”

6. Siu Sai Cheong萧世昌

      Siu Sai Cheong, PhD, is an Associate Professor at School of Translation and Foreign Languages, Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, where he also serves as Director of the Globalization, Internationalization, Localization, and Translation (GILT) Research Centre. He is the Program Leader for both the undergraduate program in Translation (Business Focus) and the Master’s program in Translation (Computer-Assisted Translation). Previously, he held the position of Director at the Centre for Deep Learning Research and Application, where he spearheaded the integration of artificial intelligence research with industrial applications. His research focuses on translation technology and AI development in the creative industries. He has chaired multiple government-funded projects in Hong Kong SAR, including “Machine Translation for IPO Documents” and “Study on a Hybrid Approach to Translating Government Press Releases.”

7. Wang Lifei王立非

       Wang Lifei is a professor and PhD supervisor, honored with the State Council Special Allowance, and currently serves as the Director of the Institute of International Language Services at Beijing Language and Culture University, as well as the Deputy Chair of the University’s Academic Committee. He is also the Director of the China-Europe Advanced Interpreter Training Centre and Editor-in-Chief of Business Foreign Language Studies. He holds key positions in various national translation and English teaching committees. His research focuses on applied linguistics, corpus linguistics, and business English. He has published 126 papers, including 72 in CSSCI core journals, and has authored 13 books and published 23 translated works. He has chaired 16 national or provincial projects and received multiple honors, including the United Nations Peacekeeping Medal and awards for academic achievements.

8. Zhang Falian张法连

Zhang Falian is a distinguished professor and Qian Duansheng Chair Professor at China University of Political Science and Law, where he also serves as Chair of the

Academic Committee and a PhD supervisor. He is the Director of the Legal English Teaching and Testing Committee of the China Arbitration Law Research Association and President of the Foreign-Related Legal Education Committee of the Chinese Association for Comparative Studies of English and Chinese. He is also Vice Chairman of the Legal Translation Committee of the Translators Association of China. As a chief expert directing a major project of the National Social Science Fund, he has served on the Legal English Review Committee of the National People’s Congress Law Committee and as a core expert for the Central Institute for Party History and Literature. Previously, he worked in central government agencies focusing on US politics, diplomacy, and Sino-US relations and held leadership roles in local governments. His research covers legal language and translation, legal diplomacy, Anglo-American law, and legal communication.
